Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)

With a credit card you can make purchases where the amount due is not directly debited from your account, but for which the credit card company sends you a bill periodically. We receive payments by credit card immediately, so that we can process your order immediately.

To make the payment process more secure, MasterCard, Visa and American Express use 3D Secure technology. This is a system in which the credit card holder is identified by means of an additional security code. For MasterCard this is "MasterCard SecureCode", for Visa "Verified by Visa" and for American Express "American Express SafeKey".

With a J&J account you have the option to store your credit card details. You do not have to enter it again for subsequent orders. This data is stored securely and can be used / changed when placing the next order.

Transfer yourself

If you want to pay by If you want to transfer yourself, then only state the given transaction code in the description of the payment. This is crucial to be able to link your order and payment. Check whether you have correctly copied the transaction code, otherwise your payment will not be recognized by our system and your order cannot be shipped. PayPal is a safe and easy way to make online (international) payments. With PayPal you open a digital payment account into which you can deposit money. The moment you want to make a payment online, you can log in to your PayPal account with your email address and transfer the amount.

Payment Confirmation

When we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If your payment was not successful, you will receive an e-mail every 2 days to remind you that the payment was not successful. This email contains a link to the payment options page, so that you can still make the payment.

My order has been rejected, but I have already paid. What now?

If your order is rejected or canceled and you have already paid, the amount you paid will be automatically refunded. The refund order is then automatically entered immediately; however, the administrative settlement can take one to two weeks. Please contact customer service for more information.
