Personal data

Personal data is processed via our webshop www.julianandjones.com. Personal data is data that can be used to identify a natural person. We store personal data for the correct handling of your order.

Julian & Jones considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us. In our processing, we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation. Personal data is not passed on to other organizations for commercial purposes.


Creation of log files

If you use our website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register yourself or otherwise provide us with information, our system will only collect data from you if you visit our website via an affiliate link from our own partner program. The following data is then collected in a database log table:

Use of our online shop

If you want to order in our online shop, it is necessary for entering into an agreement that you provide us with your personal data, which we need for the processing of your order. This also applies to the transmission of the data necessary for the processing of your order with payment service providers such as our bank and, when you buy on account, to credit bureaus for the purpose of credit applications.

Julian & Jones will then permanently and completely delete your customer account, unless Julian & Jones' legitimate interests or legal storage obligations prevent this.

We are legally obliged to store your address, payment and order details for a period of ten years. After two years, however, we will restrict the processing, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with our legal obligations.
